Raised a rancher's daughter in south Texas, I had a five year stint after college with the Naval Investigative Service in Washington D.C. Since then, Wyoming has been home for over 30 years where I raised my two children, Jess and Bryce.

Good fortune placed me in the realm of merchandising in 2003 and ownership of High Country since 2005. My High Country family makes every day at work an adventure and we do try to mix it up and have some fun while making a living.

I travel when I can for both business and pleasure, but there's no place like home where I have the company of my mastiff, Jasper.

I was born and raised in Wyoming, but briefly lived in Arizona and California where I earned a degree in sound engineering and worked at an independent sound studio. It didn't take long to miss the mountains and seasons, so I eventually returned to my roots in Cody.

I have been with High Country since 2004.  My interest in sound continues with my love of music and movies, and is a big part of my time outside work. I also enjoy camping and spending time with my wife and two daughters.

I grew up in South Dakota on a farm and ranch, lived in Denver for several years and settled in Cody in 1992.  I started working for High County Mercantile and trading feed ingredients in 2008. On my path to becoming a merchandiser, I was a Sr. Graphic Designer, Motel Owner and DEA Representative.

As crazy as this combination sounds, each profession offered me an opportunity to polish various skills beneficial to trading. I enjoy the relationships I’ve developed over the years with my coworkers, customers, suppliers and freight brokers. Feed Merchandising is fun and rewarding to me. The mental gymnastics and problem solving keep me on my toes.

I cherish the time I have with family and friends. I love exploring the beauty of Wyoming with these people, whether it be in the mountains, forests or observing wildlife. Number one on my bucket list is traveling to all the different U.S. National Parks. I love life… indoors and out!

Born and raised in sunny, Southern California, antiquing, gardening and automotive racing were a huge influence on my life.

Upon deciding to make a career change, I relocated to San Antonio, TX where I obtained my real estate license and relished in southern hospitality for 5 years.

In 2010, I moved to Cody, WY where I now reside with my husband, a motorcycle enthusiast.  I’m a mother of two, grown daughters and a grandmother of three.  I love landscaping, gardening, sewing and traveling to car shows.  Classic Rock and Blues artists are favorites.

I have been with High Country since January 4, 2016 and as Office Manager, handle all of the administrative duties of the business.

Born and raised in the Rocky Mountain Region, I enjoy spending time in the higher elevations.  Fishing, camping and hiking occupy my summer months. As  an ex-ski instructor, I enjoy recreating in the snow in the winter.

At a very young age I was exposed to auto racing and have been passionate about motorsports ever since. I have enjoyed success racing stock cars, snowmobiles, go-karts, etc. My current project is a very highly detailed 1968 Camaro to participate in the Pro/ET class of NHRA drag racing.

For over 25 years I've worked in industries where customer satisfaction is vital. Quality of product, service, and competitive pricing are paramount. I've strived to maintain these standards for nearly 10 years at High Country.

I am in constant contact with millet and milo suppliers. Annually, I travel to producing  areas to stay current with crop quality and yields.

A lifelong resident of Wyoming, I found my professional stride in retail sales in 2010. I owned my own business for a while, but changes in the retail market sparked my interest in looking for something new. I had the fortunate opportunity to join the High Country Mercantile team in early 2018, so I seized it.

I am thrilled to bring nearly a decade of customer service and sales experience to my new role. Always one to embrace a challenge, I am confident I can help our customers and suppliers with any difficult logistical or timeline issues they may face.

In my spare time I love being outside. If I am not with my family, or at work, you can probably find me on the golf course. I also enjoy volunteering with local organizations, boards and city programs.
