2019 was an extremely fun season of drag racing. We finished up with 3 wins, 2 final round appearances, and several round wins.
At one point we were in the lead for my class’ points race. However, we were edged out by another racer that has several season championships under his belt. Said and done we finished up 2nd place for the Season Points Championship. In my 3rd year of competition, I’m very happy with that result.
In October a few friends and I made the trek to Firebird Raceway in Boise, Idaho for the 26th annual Halloween Classic. There were between 500 – 600 race cars. The temperatures and air conditions resulted in the fastest elapsed time the car has ever run of 11.81 seconds at 112 MPH.
